Service Description

This one-hour consultation is an opportunity for us to explore how I can best support you. Please note, this session is separate from your weekly coaching. After our consultation, if we decide to work together, I’ll provide you with a detailed coaching plan, including the number of weeks we’ll work together and what you can expect moving forward.
